Steakhouse Cheddar Stack
Branding Iron Thick N Juicy Burger Patty on a Kaiser roll, with sharp cheddar cheese, tomato, crispy fried onions, "steakhouse mayo sauce", lettuce, pickle chips, and ketchup.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season both patties with salt and pepper.
- Sear first patty on a hot flat top or grill; when nearly done, top with a slice of cheddar and melt. Repeat with the second patty.
- Toast bun.
- Spread mayo on the bottom bun and steak sauce on the top bun.
- Place the first patty on the bottom bun, then add bacon, onions, tomato, and lettuce.
- Stack the second patty on top (cheese side up), close the burger, and serve.
